What is Studio 35?
Studio 35 przestrzeń twórcza is a photo studio in Piotrków Trybunalski. We rent the space for photo sessions, video and podcast recordings, as well as meetings, workshops and events.
Where are you?
Client address: ul. Przyszła 2, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski (Łódź Voivodeship). The studio is open daily from 8:00 to 21:00; directions are on the Contact page.
How big is the studio?
About 100–110 m². It has a photo zone, a podcast zone and a meeting zone with a table for 8 people.
Who runs the studio?
The studio is run by Milena Żerek Projektantka Wydarzeń (NIP 7712713065), its operator.
What are your opening hours?
Daily from 8:00 to 21:00.
Zones and equipment
What is the photo zone like?
It has a cyclorama of about 3 × 2 m and access to daylight.
How many people fit in the podcast zone?
Up to 4 speakers. You can record audio or video from up to 3 cameras.
Can I record video or reels in the studio?
Yes. You can also rent the studio for video and reels: you get a cyclorama of about 3 × 2 m, daylight and Godox and SmallRig lights included in the rental. Rental costs 140 zł per hour. If you need a camera operator, we will produce the video for 450 zł/h (separate service).
Can I record a multi-camera video podcast?
Yes. With the “Recording with cameras” rate you record a conversation from up to 3 cameras for 260 zł/h. RodeCaster Pro 2 and Rode PodMic microphones are available, and the podcast zone fits up to 4 speakers.
What is included in the rental?
Godox and SmallRig lights, 80 and 120 cm softboxes, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, plus coffee and tea. Podcast equipment is available in the podcast rates.
Is the studio self-service?
Almost. You just need to know how to operate the equipment you use. If you need a short introduction, mention it when booking.
Can I take equipment out of the studio?
No. The equipment may only be used on site.
Prices
How much does studio rental cost?
1 hour – 140 zł, 2 hours – 252 zł, 3 hours – 370 zł, from 5 hours – 100 zł per hour, full day (8 hours) – 800 zł. Full price list.
How much does a podcast recording cost?
Self-service recording – 150 zł/h, assisted – 200 zł/h, with cameras – 260 zł/h, turnkey package (podcast, 2 reels and 1 story) – 2000 zł.
Do I need to add VAT to the prices?
No. The operator is VAT-exempt, so the prices shown are final amounts. On request we issue a VAT-exempt invoice or bill.
How much does overtime cost?
The same as the regular hourly rate. Extending is only possible if there is no booking right after yours.
Does the rental time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Plan for it in your booking. Arriving late does not extend the rental time.
Booking and cancellation
How do I book a slot?
Through the booking calendar, by phone at 505 746 819 or via a message on Instagram.
When is a booking confirmed?
Once the payment is received and we send a confirmation. Until then the slot is not blocked.
Can I cancel a booking free of charge?
Yes, until the day before the booking. We then refund the full payment.
And if I cancel on the day of the booking?
We keep 50% of the price and refund the rest.
How quickly will I get a refund?
Within 14 days, using the same payment method.
What if the studio cancels the booking?
In case of force majeure, e.g. a power outage, you choose a full refund or a new date.
Rules
How should I step onto the cyclorama?
In clean soft-soled shoes, in socks or in shoe covers. High heels only with the studio’s consent and with heel protectors, which we provide.
What if I soil the cyclorama?
Refreshing the cyclorama costs 100 zł. Serious damage is charged at the actual repair cost. For larger productions we may take a refundable deposit of 200 zł.
Can I use confetti, smoke, glitter or candles?
Only with the studio’s prior consent. The special effects fee is 100 zł and extra cleaning is 50 zł.
Can I come with a pet or children?
Pets and alcohol only by prior arrangement. Children only under constant adult supervision. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed in the studio.
Do you publish photos from my session?
No, unless you explicitly agree to it. The rights to your materials belong to you.
Is the studio under video surveillance?
No, there is no video monitoring in the studio.
Can erotic content be recorded?
No, such content is excluded from the rental.
I left something in the studio. What now?
We keep items left behind for 60 days. Call or write to us.
